Henderson’s Caddo Center provides an educational resource featuring Caddo Indian history in the Arkadelphia area for university students, faculty, staff, and the community. The center is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Six performances are scheduled for 7:30 pm on Feb. 20, 21, 22, 24, 27 and 28, in the Arkansas Hall Studio Theatre. A reception will follow the opening performance.
The special performance will entertain high school students on campus auditioning for All-State Band, and is open to the public.
The grant from Blue & You Foundation enhances Henderson's Health Education Simulation Center with additional OB and pediatric simulation equipment.
Henderson State University was the first in Arkansas to offer Esports scholarships. It launched its program in the fall of 2018 and currently competes in six titles.
Brian Rosenthal, president of the Arkansas Bar Association, will be the keynote speaker. The conference will feature a buffet luncheon. Tickets are $1 and may be purchased by calling 870-230-5230.
