Wind Ensemble Concert Feb. 7

Henderson State University’s Wind Ensemble will perform a special concert Friday, Feb. 7, at 7:30 p.m. in the Arkansas Hall auditorium.

The concert will coincide with Henderson State hosting All-State high school band auditions. The public is also welcome to attend the free concert.

The Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Shaun R. Popp, will present the following program:

• Liberty Fanfare by John Williams

• Southern Harmony by Donald Grantham

• Groovy Loops by J. Scott McKenzie (John Webb, guest conductor)

• The Entry March of the Boyars by Johan Halvorsen
